Summary: State League rd 9 vs Southern Bulls

State League's round 9 was played on the Saturday afternoon out at Kelso Park against middle of the table club, Southern Bulls. Nice facilities and a very good playing pitch perhaps a little bit heavy on the feet but it allowed both clubs to play a fairly good passing match and with playing missing from our State League sides it was going to be a hard day at the office for them.

And as it turn out it was a hard day at the office. Our u/20's had the chance to topple the 2nd placed Southern Bulls side but fell just short going down 0-1 and in a high scoring affair our 1st graders should have gone on with it but instead allowed the home side to finish the stronger going down 3-4 to suffer their 1st loss of the season.

After a very successful 2011 Greece Tour, once again Gladesville Ryde Magic in partnership with Olympiacos will be taking a squad to Greece in the September/October school holidays of this year.

Tour leader will be ex Olympiacos player and Gladesville Ryde Magic coaching director Kiriakos Tohouroglou (former Olympiakos Player, Greek Cup winner, Champions League player and Olympiakos' Australian Agent.)

This tour is most probably a once in a life time opportunity for your child to attend and get a real insight of one of the 'big players' in European Football. As a parent knowing that your child is a soccer athlete, this is an opportunity for him to really take his soccer serious and take it to a new level then reep the rewards that come with soccer at an elite level in near years to come.

Age groups that will attend will be under 13's and under 14's.

Cost per player is $4,950.00 and cost per parent is $4,650.00
